Upon arrival at Bilbao Airport, we’ll meet the group and travel together on our scheduled transfer into the heart of the Picos de Europa. On the way, we’ll stop in the charming town of Potes for lunch or dinner, before continuing to the picturesque village of Espinama, where we’ll spend our first night in a beautiful mountain guesthouse.
After breakfast, we’ll take the spectacular Fuente Dé Cable Car high into the central massif of the Picos de Europa, where our first hike begins. Surrounded by towering limestone peaks and breathtaking mountain scenery, we’ll enjoy an unforgettable introduction to one of Europe’s most spectacular national parks.
Today we’ll hike the legendary Cares Gorge, widely regarded as one of Spain’s most spectacular trails. After the hike, we’ll continue to the charming village of Las Arenas, our home for the next two nights, where you’ll have time to relax and soak up the atmosphere of this beautiful mountain setting.
Today we’ll explore the breathtaking Lakes of Covadonga, one of the most iconic landscapes in the Picos de Europa. Surrounded by towering limestone peaks and rolling alpine meadows, this spectacular hike showcases some of the region’s most unforgettable scenery before returning to Las Arenas for a second night.
Today we’ll swap the hiking boots for a wetsuit as we enjoy an exhilarating canyoning adventure through the crystal-clear waters of the River Deva. Expect natural slides, jumps, abseils and plenty of fun before returning to Las Arenas for our final night in this charming mountain village.a.
After a short transfer to Pandébano, we’ll set off on a spectacular hike through the heart of the Picos de Europa to Refugio Delgado Úbeda. Following the trek, we’ll travel by 4×4 taxi to the charming mountain village of Sotres, where we’ll spend the next two nights.
Our final hike takes us to Mancondiú Peak, one of the finest viewpoints in the eastern Picos de Europa, offering spectacular panoramic views across the surrounding mountains. After celebrating an unforgettable week on the trails, we’ll return to Sotres for our final evening together.
After breakfast, we’ll bid farewell to the Picos de Europa and transfer back to Bilbao Airport for our onward flights. As we leave the mountains behind, you’ll take home unforgettable memories, new friendships, and the satisfaction of having explored one of Europe’s most spectacular hiking destinations.

The weather in the Picos de Europa can vary from warm sunshine to cool temperatures and occasional rain. That’s why we’ll send you a detailed packing checklist before your trip, ensuring you’re prepared for whatever the mountains have in store.
The adventure begins and ends in Bilbao, Spain. A scheduled group airport transfer is included on both arrival and departure days.
You’ll stay in carefully selected mountain hotels and charming family-run guesthouses located in beautiful villages throughout the Picos de Europa. Accommodation is based on twin-share rooms. A limited number of single rooms may be available for an additional supplement, subject to availability.
To ensure a more personal experience, our groups are intentionally kept small with a maximum of 12 participants
